All Star is not a franchise.  We are locally owned and operated.  Our employees are from the Cleveland area and we support the local economy.   All Star has been owned by Shane and Sheila Burke since it’s inception in 1996.

History / Founding information

All Star Window Cleaning was founded in 1996 by Shane and Sheila Burke.    Having been a window cleaner by profession,  Shane had learned, perfected the craft and was classified a journeyman for 15 years before starting All Star Window Cleaning.     He had mastered the art and technique and every aspect of the field.

All Star prides itself on being a family run business and we are grateful to the community and all the support we have received over the years from our customers.

Insurance / Workers Comp /

All Star is fully insured. Our employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation and we have been doing business in the State of Ohio since our inception in 1996.

5 year price lock!

All Star is the only company around to offer (in writing) a five year price lock on your quote! The price we quote you will remain in effect for at least 5 years providing you have us service your account on a regular basis (i.e. yearly, quarterly, etc.)

In fact, we have many clients since our inception in 96 and their price has not increased at all. * There is NO contract required to receive this price lock. In times when we’re all struggling, this is the perfect solution. No price increases for at least 5 years. In writing! Where others may raise prices as much as 10-20% a YEAR, we will lock in your price for at least 5 years!

Switch to All Star and save!

If you currently have a window cleaning service provider and are not under contract* we will save you at least 30% off that service when you switch over to All Star! Show us your current bill (from a reputable company in the phone book) and we’ll automatically quote you 30% off that bill! (AND lock that price in for 5 years with no contract) *If you are under contract, please wait until that contract expires and then contact us.

Are you a season ticket holder with one of Cleveland’s sports teams? Show us your season ticket holder status and we will deduct 15% off your window cleaning service bill! Have a single game ticket stub? Present it for 10% off your bill!

Have you visited the zoo, any one of our famous local museums, the Rock Hall or Science Center? Present your ticket stub and receive 10% off your bill!

Do you subscribe to the Cleveland Plain Dealer or any local Sun Post? Present a copy of your subscription bill showing your name/address and receive 10% off your window cleaning service bill!
